A Word on Ticket Fees

Like you, we here at the Rialto Theatre find that purchasing tickets through outlets like Ticketmeister and Ticketspider (note: not actual ticketing services) can be a frustrating experience.

We think that in many instances the fees to purchase tickets are out of hand.

That is why we've chosen Gilbert, AZ-based Ticketforce as our ticketing service provider. They have reasonable rates and let us set our own fees.

Having said that, we must point out that there are significant costs associated with providing an online ticketing service. Those costs must be recouped in some fashion, so we add a fee to online ticket purchases.

Beyond the costs, we charge a bit more, with one express purpose in mind: Every single dollar in ticketing revenue beyond the costs of administrating the system will be directly reinvested in improvements to the Theatre.

We have many plans for improvement, including air-conditioning, new bathrooms, exterior treatment, and much more. By purchasing tickets online, you are directly helping us make the Rialto Theatre into a better facility.

For that, we thank you.
