Ain't No Party Like A Marquee Lighting Party 'Cuz A Marquee Lighting Party Don't Stop
The time is upon us -- please join us on Friday, June 24th to celebrate the lighting of the Rialto Theatre Marquee.
The new marquee has been in various stages of planning for many years now, and will finally see fruition -- a bright beacon at the east end of Congress Street, beckoning Sonorans downtown with a warm white glow.
A dedication will be given by Mayor Bob Walkup, and musical performance will be provided by Salvador Duran and Batucxe, plus more to be named later...
This free event begins at 7 pm, and the marquee lighting proper will take place at 8:15.

The Reggae Update
Announcing a just-added reggae extravaganza: Musical Youth (of "Pass the Dutchie" fame) along with The Reggae Revolution and Apache Indian on Saturday, June 25th. Purchase tickets via this website, at our box office, at Bookman's locations, and other outlets TBA. Tickets will go onsale later today.
