ON SALE THIS WEEKEND: Eric Johnson, LaserSpectacular
We're personally excited to witness the finger tapping intro to Cliffs of Dover when Eric Johnson plays Rialto Theatre on January 20. The guitar virtuoso exhibits extraordinary talent not just in his guitar playing, but his songcrafting as well. Hopefully we'll see a few cuts of his upcoming '09 record, but either way you get a great show with a phenomenal guitarist. On sale Friday.
The closest way to experience Floyd live these days (RIP Richard Wright) is Paramount's Original LaserSpectacular. These guys have been perfecting a stunning visual experience accompanying the music of Pink Floyd for over 20 years. New digital technology has only improved the laser show, which even after three visits to Rialto will still no doubt blow our minds. The lasers return to Rialto exactly 1 year to the day from their last visit on February 22, 2009. On sale Friday.
