The Garden
The Garden
The Garden is a constantly evolving band based in Orange County, California. Established in 2011 by twin brothers Wyatt and Fletcher Shears. They have been touring since 2012 and have released four Ep's and two full length Lp's in the proccess. They've toured many different regions including the UK, EU, US, Asia, Australia, and Canada.
Formed in Tucson, Arizona, Mute Swan has forged it's musical identity from bands whose heydays occurred decades earlier. That includes the jazz, avant-garde, and classical-inspired experimental rock of '70s German bands like Can, Neu! and Ash Ra Tempel, as well as their '90s British torch-holders, The Verve and Spiritualized. The band formed nearly two years ago, out of an act called "Peaks", Which featured bassist/vocalist Prabjit Virdee and guitarist Thomas Sloane. After a spell with Mike Barrnett on drums, Barrnett switched to vocals and guitar, drummer Roger Reed was drafted into the fold, and Mute Swan was born.
