What is your bag policy?

To provide a safer environment for the public and significantly expedite fan entry into our venues, Rialto Theatre & 191 Toole will be instituting a clear bag policy on March 1st, 2022.

The policy limits the size and type of bags that may be brought into our venues. The following is a list of bags that will be accepted for entry:

  • Bags that are clear plastic or vinyl and do not exceed 12” x 6” x 12”
  • One-gallon clear plastic freezer bags (Ziploc bag or similar)
  • Small clutch bags, approximately 5” x 7”

All bags subject to search.

Clear bags are available for sale at the box office.

Is there an age restriction for attending events at Rialto Theatre?

Most shows at Rialto Theatre are All Ages, but we have some informal recommendations – it’s generally not a good idea to bring a child younger than 6 to any show to avoid potential disruptions to other guests (unless it is a show intended for children, such as Dinosaur World). No children under 6 years old are permitted to attend a Rialto Theatre or 191 Toole event unless the event is specifically designed for children. If a younger child should be in attendance in the company of their parent or guardian, children 6 and older must have a purchased ticket for the show.

Any show at Rialto Theatre or 191 Toole with an age restriction of 16+, 18+ and 21+ requires a photo ID for entry. NO EXCEPTIONS. Please plan accordingly when attending these shows at our venues.

I need to request a refund. How can I do that?

The Rialto Theatre does not grant refunds or exchanges for any currently scheduled shows.

For rescheduled events:  Original tickets are still valid for the new date, or you may opt for 100% refund if you are not able to attend the new date. Redeemable 30 days from the announced reschedule.

For cancelled events: Purchasers for events that have been cancelled will receive a 100% refund on their tickets. Refunds will be issued from the original location of purchase. Please contact [email protected] with any questions.

Received credit due to COVID-19 shut down can be used on ticket purchases for upcoming eligible events taking place through 10/31/22.

Can I bring my wallet chain or carabiner to the concert? What about a firearm?

The Rialto Theatre does not allow patrons to bring weapons or items that can be used as weapons into the Theatre.

This includes, but is not limited to the following:

  • Wallet Chains
  • Carabiners
  • Knives of any variety
  • Spiked Chokers or Bracelets
  • Brass Knuckles
  • Firearms

When you come to a show you are always given the option of returning such items to your car. If you elect not to do so, we take the items and do not return them after the show.

Can I meet the band?

Usually meeting the artist is not possible unless there’s an officially arranged meet-and-greet. Some artists offer VIP meet-and-greets at a higher ticket price, which are typically available on Ticketmaster.com or the artist’s fan club and website.

The Rialto Theatre does not sell backstage passes that guarantee the opportunity to meet artists.

Can I purchase verified tickets to your shows on SeatGeek, Stub Hub, Tickets On Sale or any other 3rd party sites?

We do not sell tickets on Tickets On Sale, Seat Geek, Stub Hub, Vivid Seats or any other third party resale sites nor do we have the ability to assist with any third party purchasing issues. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to call or email us and ask before you purchaseEmails can be directed to [email protected].

We strongly suggest you purchase tickets only from the box office directly, Ticketmaster.com,  RialtoTheatre.com and local Bookman’s locations.

The Rialto Theatre does not advise purchasing tickets from craigslist, ebay, third party ticket resellers/scalpers, street vendors, or other private parties and cannot guarantee the validity and subsequent admission on such tickets. We are not responsible for refunds in the event of a show reschedule or cancellation of any third party purchased tickets. The Rialto Theatre is not responsible for account/ticket issues taking place due to third party purchasing, and all inquiries must instead be directed to the third party that was purchased from by the purchaser themselves.

Is re-entry to the Rialto allowed once I come through the door?

Re-entry is never permitted for guests under the age of 21. For guests of legal drinking age, it depends on the show, but as with most theatre-sized concert venues, re-entry is usually not allowed. Please keep this in mind when planning your evening.
