The Rialto Theatre Foundation, a historic 501(c)(3) non-profit dedicated to diverse, high-quality arts and educational programming for the Tucson community, is thrilled to announce a one-day-only Archive Sale Fundraiser on Sunday, September 21, 2025. This special event will run from Noon to 5 PM, with Rialto members receiving exclusive early access from 11 AM to Noon. This is a not-to-be-missed event for fans, collectors, music lovers, and supporters of Tucson’s vibrant creative community.

This unique celebration honors 105 years of Rialto history and marks the 20th anniversary of its
nonprofit status, first achieved in 2005. Attendees will have the rare opportunity to explore and
purchase from a collection of over 1,500 pieces of memorabilia, spanning more than two
decades as a concert venue and over a century as a cultural cornerstone.
From iconic concert posters and rare merchandise to photographs and historical ephemera, the
Archive Sale offers a chance to own a piece of music history. Attendees can also enjoy:

  • Live auctions between 2-3 PM (with participation available for an additional $5
    donation)
  • Live music from Tucson local artists, the ‘Rosano Brothers’
  • Local food trucks on-site
  • More surprise announcements to come!

A suggested $5 donation is encouraged for entry, with all proceeds directly supporting the Rialto Theatre Foundation’s mission to preserve the historic building and to present a wide range of performing arts, educational programs, and community-driven events that foster connection
and celebrate the dynamic culture of the Southwest.
