Every event at the Rialto is powered by people who believe in the importance of live music, community, and creating unforgettable experiences. Our volunteers are an essential part of that story. 

If you’re looking to get more involved in Tucson’s music scene, meet new people, and spend more time at one of the city’s most iconic venues, we’d love to welcome you to the Rialto volunteer family. Whether you can volunteer once a month or a few times a year, you’ll be helping create memorable experiences while becoming part of a community that shares your passion for live music. 

 

Volunteer Opportunities 

No two events are exactly alike, and neither are our volunteer opportunities. Depending on your interests, you can: 

• Usher concerts and special events, welcoming guests and helping them find their seats.
• Represent the Rialto at community festivals, outreach events, and special programs.
• Assist with our annual fundraising gala, one of the theatre’s biggest celebrations of the year.
• Support a variety of education, fundraising, and community initiatives throughout the year.

No previous experience is necessary, we’ll provide all the training you need.
