BITE THE HAND is an alternative/post grunge/melodic hardcore band from Phoenix, AZ led by singer/songwriter/vocalist Echo Breen, and guitarist DJ Rancourt.
Breen and Rancourt started the band Rainy Days in 2017, and after several line up changes and a decision to go in a different direction, they both decided in 2019 to change the name to BITE THE HAND and pursuit a heavier sound.
Echo’s beautiful vocal melodies dance on both clean and distorted guitar tones, and every song tells a different story. Bite the hand has shared the stage with incredible bands such as Belmont, Greet Death, Have Mercy, Slumped, Holy Fawn, and WSTR
