The Rialto Theatre Foundation is pleased to offer its 2024 Rialto Summer StageCrafters Program. Over the course of the week-long sessions, participants receive a hands-on, immersive learning experience in the behind-the-scenes jobs that make live events successful.
This program is a great fit for anyone wanting to be a professional musician, interested in a job in the music industry in any capacity, or just curious about what goes into a live show.
Each day, participants will load-in and build the stage for a mock show that will take place on Thursday. Fridays are “load-out” days, which may not sound exciting but, as we say in the industry, “it’s all about the out.” Each participant will be instructed in the basic principles of sound and lighting design and other various tasks and roles in a live, working theatre.
The current 2024 Summer Stagecrafters Camp sessions are June 3rd – June 7th (SOLD OUT) & June 17th – Jun 21st. Spots are first come, first served, so reserve your child’s spot today! Download your registration form here.
