Acclaimed for his “breezy, phlegmatic command” at the keyboard and deep historical insight, Cohen continues the jazz dialogue, connecting Harlem’s past with today’s global stages.  Joining him are four of today’s leading voices: saxophonist Tivon Pennicott, trumpeter Jeremy Pelt, bassist Yasushi Nakamura, and drummer Joe Farnsworth. Together, this powerhouse ensemble reimagines the spirit and sound of two of jazz’s most iconic innovators through improvisational brilliance, emotional depth, and cultural resonance.
