Am I guaranteed a seat?

Rialto Theatre show seating falls into the following categories:

  • Reserved Seating, meaning that every ticket represents an assigned seat chosen by you during your purchase.
  • General Admission Seating**, meaning there isn’t assigned seating, but there will be enough seats for all in attendance.
  • General Admission with Reserved Seating, meaning the floor in front of the stage will be standing room only but the balcony will be available for seating. GA or RS ticket type is decided by you at the time of your ticket purchase.
  • General Admission, which essentially means “Standing Room Only.”

We also make seating available to anyone with special needs – ie, you recently broke your leg, or you’re pregnant or you have a disability and would like to sit down. Please click HERE for more details.

** For General Admission shows there will occasionally be seats made available at the back of the main floor area or in the balcony on a first-come first-served basis. The decision to make seating available for GA shows is made on the day of the event and we will not be able to offer seating information ahead of time.

I need to request a refund. How can I do that?

The Rialto Theatre does not grant refunds or exchanges for any currently scheduled shows.

For rescheduled events:  Original tickets are still valid for the new date, or you may opt for 100% refund if you are not able to attend the new date. Redeemable 30 days from the announced reschedule.

For cancelled events: Purchasers for events that have been cancelled will receive a 100% refund on their tickets. Refunds will be issued from the original location of purchase. Please contact [email protected] with any questions.

Can I meet the band?

Usually meeting the artist is not possible unless there’s an officially arranged meet-and-greet. Some artists offer VIP meet-and-greets at a higher ticket price, which are typically available on Ticketmaster.com or the artist’s fan club and website.

The Rialto Theatre does not sell backstage passes that guarantee the opportunity to meet artists.

Can I purchase tickets for another show when you’re open at night for a show?

Our Box Office staff would be happy to assist you with your ticket purchase during other events. However, please keep in mind they may be busy assisting other guests in matters regarding that evenings event. The best time to purchase your tickets will be before the venue doors open for the evening and once the headliner has started their set.

I am having issues accessing my order or tickets.

If you’re having an issue on the night of a show, ask to speak to a manager and we will do our best to make things right.

If it’s before the show has happened, please email us at [email protected] or call us at (520) 740-1000 during box office hours and we’ll get it straightened out for you. If we miss your call, please leave a voicemail and we will get back with you as soon as possible.

Can I pick up my Will Call tickets in advance?

Will Call tickets are available for pick-up 1 hour prior to the door time on the night of the show. We cannot guarantee tickets can be printed or picked up any sooner than this time frame.
